Is this stuff safe for removing odors on leather and/or imitation leather?

Yes , no problem
just clean the leather before you spray... spray on and wipe on with MF.
its good on any surface and will eliminate bad odors ,germs, bacteria etc..

Does it protect the dashboard from uv damage? If it doesn't are you able to apply a protectant either on top of it or below it and still get good results controlling odor?

yes, it has UV protection advantage as well,
if you want to use different UV protectant use it under the Sopure.

Avi, I was under the impression this product was for fabrics. On surfaces like leather, vinyl, etc, aren't you best served to just completely clean those areas thus removing all the bacteria... And then use this product on fabrics where you can't always get to every bacteria? Educate me please.

That was my thinking as well... I figured steam cleaning on hard surfaces to sterilize them would be the most effective method.

I have used it on the dash too!

Works great! :xyxthumbs:

Maybe it retards bacterial growth too?

Hi Corey
well, i think you didnt understand the concept of this product
Sopure is Photocatalyst coating, the titanium oxide compound react with oxygen and will release powerful elements,
such as OH, O2, O, powerful bioactive hydroxyl radicals that
can sterilize & purify the air as well as eliminate cross
contamination.
sopure is not a cleaner!, before spraying it on the surface its better to clean it before. this is long time coat. will keep the smell and air purified for long time, if not wiped off from the surface. even as much as you clean plastic or leather surfaces there will always possible of smells and germs/bacteria re-making.. sopure will make sure to eliminate them after you cleaned... its good for the air cons holes too.

there is full detail description in my website page. SoPure

i think Richy had test it for pretty long time now, maybe he can write some his impression.

Thank you for your thorough answer Avi. :xyxthumbs: I did understand that it is not a cleaner but did not know it could have benefits on leather, vinyl, etc. I ordered the 120ml a few weeks ago and used it last week. (On clean carpet only) Then I turned the vehicle into the sun from the side and opened all the doors to allow the sunlight to hit it. I lef them open about an hour.

How long would you recommend exposure to sunlight for full reaction?

How long would you recommend exposure to fluorescent for full reaction?

Avi,I have used this product (So2Pure) with great success with spilled rotten milk several month's back in my personal vehicle.
But
I recently had a interior detail that the customer had a spot in the back seat floor board, where his child had puked. This is a vehicle that is a 2 door and it's just NOT possible for sun light to directly hit the carpeted area. How will this affect the performance of the So2Pure to not be activated because of NO light source?

I haven't used my Pure yet. I am assuming you can spray it on fabric? Let it live there and do it's thing?

between 30 min to 1 hour , no need special light treatment, just apply it and forget.. the car will get light in any case, no need to open the doors too, just small windows open for 30 min is enough.
fluorocent will take longer , maybe 3 hours...

its ok, no need direct sun beam on it.. i would thouroghly clean that carpet with steam wash too , then spray the sopure on.. the light penetrate the car inside...

yes, correct. on fabric no need to wipe on.
its good for the car ceiling, side doors.. anywhere you like... good for toilette's too !!
if any of you have spray gun. with air pressure.. it will be more economic to use with HVLP gun. all over the inside of the car.

Hi Avi. How do you maintain or clean surfaces treated with So2Pure to maximize its durability?

Hi Avi. How do you maintain or clean surfaces treated with So2Pure to maximize its durability?
well, if you use chemical cleaners on surface it will remove the sopure, you will need to spray again.
to maintain it well you can use light wiping with soft MF to remove dust or others.
if surface wasnt touch it will work for 6 months, round about..

Thanks Avi. It's in my cart so I might as well throw some Q's.

How about an MF damped with just water? Or is has to be just dry MF?

If I use air freshener or some scent, would So2Pure neutralize it also? :D

if its very wet MF ,yes it will affect the coat. sopure is cost effective compare to its work.so you can coat again if dash is so dirty , on fabric seats it will last longer in not washed.

unfortunately yes, if you use air freshener it will neutralize the odor as well , the car interior wont have any smell in it. at least at daylight time.
