With all the new highway roads being built and repaired in my area,it is hard not to accumulate tar from adhering to your vehicle. As I expected some of this nasty tar found it's way in my wheel wells:

So I thought this would be a perfect time to try out CarPro new TarX:

I went to spray some TarX on the wheel well tar spot but the sprayer nozzle would stay in the down position after EVERY spray.I had to physically pull up the nozzle every time I pressed it.
(sorry for the blurry pic but I was trying to show the TarX 30ml bottle nozzle, stuck in the pressed position)

This is not going to be fun so I transferred the TarX to one of my empty AG sample bottle's:

Ahhh,MUCH better:

I let the TarX sit on the contaminated area for 7min.This is the outcome with NO brush or cleaning tool of any kind.
It did an EXCELLENT job of dissolving the tar:

I noticed some highway spattered bugs on the front fender of my vehicle when rinsing the car off before washing it down.Passenger side:

Driver side:

I was curious how the TarX would perform on spattered bug(guts). So I did a little test to remove the bug debris.
The passenger side would be sprayed with PoorBoys Bug Squash and let to dwell:

and the drivers side sprayed with CarPro TarX and let to also dwell:

These were the results after several minutes of dwelling for each product, with NO agitation of any brushes.Just product dwelling and then spraying off:

I was surprised that the PoorBoys Bug Squash out performed (without agitation) the CarPro TarX for removal of bug splatter
But
The CarPro TarX kicked the snot out of that Tar :dblthumb2:

I guess it truely is TarX and not BugX

Yeah,like I said I was just curious.
I seen that the PoorBoys "Bug Squash" also say's for "Tar" removal. So I guess it does both?
Maybe I should of tried the "Bug Squash" on the tar spot?Im the MAN

Guys

the 50ml bottle is meant for samples test use, not really for commercial use,
these fingers spray bottles are universal, we cant do much about them
the 600ml bottle use full plastic parts, the spring inside as well, no metals.
the Tarx has more thickness viscosity , it need more fast action spraying for not to drip.

I've tried PB bug squash on tar, and it doesn't do very well of a job. I use OPC as my pre-wash now.

Well I guess I won't have to test the PoorBoy's BS on tar like I mentioned, you did it for me :props:

BTW,AG finally has the TarX with the "Good" sprayers:

I know I am pissed because I just placed an order on MONDAY and they didn't have them! Ahhhhhh i will purchase them on my next order!! lol

Small tip about the 600ml sprayers.
before starting to spray, SHAKE WELL THE BOTTLE, the fluorescent powder is lying down on bottom , it need to mixture in the liquid if it stand so long..
if not shaked it will pull the powder into the trigger tube and jam it..
once finished using, i would suggest also to turn the bottle upside down and spray air through the tube line, it will clean the trigger for next time use.
