anyone have any exp with this, thinking about giving it a try but not sure.

I've used a similar wash sponge from my supplier, it was cool to be able to flip it over and have a little scrubbing power with the mesh side (valuable when doing express washes in bug season) and the sponge in the middle does well to hold suds. On hot days when most wash surfaces dry really quick I could just squeeze the sponge and lubricate the surface without going back to the bucket 100 times. I'm still partial to my lambs wool mitt, but you can never have enough toys in your detailing arsenal and at 6 bucks you might as well get one and see if you like it.
