CCS Euro Foam Hand Polish Applicators

They're nice. I have both orange and red. I use the orange to buff tight spots (under door handles) and it works well. I do prefer using a yellow foam pad for wax application and what not, opposed to the red.
 
I like them as well. If you have to do it by hand, then these pads are the way to go.
 
I have the Red ones, great for applying wax. They are big and thick, very soft on the paint. I will definitely order a couple of the white and orange ones.

First, my own personal preference is to alway work by machine because you a machine will tend to give you better results faster. That said, there are places where you can't always work by machine and if you have not switched over to machine then of course you need quality applicator pads.

The CCS Euro pads are easy to grab, hold and then work product over the surface, even though they are larger than the average round or square style applicator pad you still need to tackle small sections at a time when removing swirls and scratches out of a clear coat finish but for polishing and waxing you can tackle larger areas at time.
