Cement/ Grout on paint!! Need some advice!!

Mike I had a construction company call me that got some 'grout' on the paint of a doctors car at a large hospital in St. Louis. There reg detailer can't come out and I've been trying to get in here for a couple years. Is there any way I can get this off the paint safely?

Nothing you do will save the paint under that. It's bonded and the paint is ruined . You can chisel it off but your going to take the paint with it. So all you can do is prep it for the body shop.
I wouldn't touch it

You can try something like Backset. There are several threads on some other forums of this being used with good results.

Use a razor blade held almost flat to the surface, use two fingers to hold the edge down, spray stoners tarminator as lube and chisel away. Keep a towel with you to keep the blade clean, work in very small sections, like 1"x1". It usually takes a while to learn this skill of holding the blade at the right angle. People laugh at this guy but google Jeff Suggs. It's old school but works. If there's any on lower panels do that first to learn the trick to holding the blade.
