Ceramic coat residue on glass

I applied ceramic coat on my new car last week and left the towel on the windshield after wiping. After I finished the job I noticed that the residue on the towel leaves marks on my windshield.

I tried wash and clay but couldn't get it off. Any idea how can I remove ceramic coating residue on glass?

My son did the same thing. He was "helping" me with my own car. Any cleaner wax and a buffer will take it off. I used Meg's and my Porter Cable DA

Just use a razor blade.

A polish of some kind. But depending on the amount of residue you will get it easier off polishing with a polisher.

I use Meg's D166 and it works great for me! Easy to use and easy to remove.
