I got this product a little while back to see if it was better than just an APC. And I discovered that, yes it is much better!
I really like this product. It foams a bit when agitated, smells nice, but far from overpowering, is really powerful, but still very gentle.

Pros:
Smells nice
  • Kind of a citrus-y fresh, clean smell
Powerful
  • Works wonders on old stains
Easy to use
  • Spray, agitate, wipe, vac, wipe, done
Cheap
  • It's like $8 or $9 for a 16oz. concentrate
Concentrated
  • I recommend about 16:1 instead of the CG recommended 20:1

Cons:
If you use too much it will just push the stains around because it's so powerful

Here is a nice 50/50 of cleaned and uncleaned:

Here is a clean towel vs. one used on 3 carpets:

This is my go to cleaner for anything carpeted or upholstered with fabric!

I agree 100% with the review. Great stuff. For really bad stains, I use a combo of this, DP APC and Folex.

I've used fabric clean for years. It is a very nice product that goes a long way.

I like it also, but it foams to much for extractor use. I have to dump the rinse bin way too often because of the foam. I switched to Lightning Fast and seems to work just as well, but doesn't foam hardly at all. If I am cleaning rubber backed mats that feel comfortable using a hose on, I will go with Fabric Clean. Then I just extract the excess rinse water at the end.
