CG HydroSlick Ceramic HyperWax

I'm curious as well. I got sucked into the CG hype when I started detailing (their huge marketing scheme) a few months back, and a few of their products I do like and I have used the Hydrocharge on two of my personal vehicles with good results. I boost them with the Hydrosuds for a maintenance wash so I know that helps tremendously.

Just an update, not sure on durability yet but my brother really wanted to try it so I clayed his Jeep and applied it today. It’s really not bad to apply. Used the CG microfiber applicator blocks he had and it applied fairly easy and wipe off was ok after about 1-2 minutes as long as the surface was cool and in the shade. Any type of warm surface or with any amount of sun hitting it and it became impossible to remove within a couple of seconds.

It does leave a really nice gloss and a smooth surface. It seems to slot in between a wax/sealant and ceramic coating. We’ll see how it holds up since his Jeep isn’t garaged and winter is coming very soon.

They also make a spray version of this coating.

Yeah I saw that when I was researching it on the store. I’m not a huge Chemical Guys...guy, but my brother already bought it and wanted me to put it on. I’m curious to see how it lasts bc it was pretty easy for what it is.

Holy hydro hyper super duper slick slippery radiant hybrid adjectives, Batman!!

I'm using the new mckees si02 wax and I'm very happy with that. For some reason I don't like chemical guys. I think its the marketing and stupid names they have for everything.

I do like their microfiber wash
