CG V7 sealant

Hi,
I think the CG V7 sealant attracts dust even though I applied two coats it seems not slicky enough.If you are using this product your comments would be appreciated.

Living in Texas where there is always dust I haven't noticed it being worse than Duragloss Aqua Wax, Optimum instant detailer. I am of the opinion that a clean and shiny vehicle is a dust magnet.
 
I live in Texas also. My driveway is a 600 foot rock road.

It seams like dust doesn't stick to the V7 as well as other products i have tried.

It is my go to for now!!!
 
What are you using underneath the V7? I find it's less dusty over Wolfgang than it is over Blacklight for some reason.

I do think it's really good at keeping away dust though. Are your microfibers staticky?
 
I've tried just about every combo of detail spray, waterless wash, spray wax...nothing so far on my car stays as clean or repels dirt and dust like V7. My car used to look like I never washed it after two days. Now it looks like it never needs washing after going to V7. Even my co workers think I wash my car daily.

Thanks guys for your replies. The V7 ( 2 coats) is over Blacklight. My MF are not staticky.

Personally I think you're wasting time and product double coating v7, which is my favorite spray wax / sealant
 
Yeah the double application makes no sense. What makes a noticeable difference is applying it after each wash and after a few weeks you will love the effect.
 
V07 is the ####! I use it as a temp spray sealant after every wash on my personal car and my customers. Spray it onto the towel, whip on entire car, then go over with another towel for a final whipdown. Works wonders.
 
@OP, youm ay be using too much, I have no dust attracting issues here in NY. Just a thought.

I'll do that after the next wash taking care not to apply too much product.
