I am running out of 205,and was thinking of trying chemical guys products. Can you recommend which of the polishes I would use to replace it?
Thanks
Knowing that the aggressive of a polishing-product is also sometimes determined by: the size of the abrasives---SMAT, DAT, OGMA, and other technologies,; 'machine'; pad selection; user techniques...And, this is all relative, of course.
But:
-205 says it will remove up to 2000 grit scratches/sanding-marks.
-CG's V36 Optical Grade Cut Polish's description says in one place: Remove 2000-2500 grit sanding scratches, swirls and holograms. In another place: Removes 1500-2000 grit sanding scratches.
RE: Chemical Guys V36 Optical Grade Cut Polish 16 oz.
-CG's V38 Optical Grade Cut Final Polish's description says: Capable of removing light paint defects, imperfections, and remove 2500-3000 grit sanding scratches, swirls and holograms.

Looks like
205 falls somewhere between these two CG ones, if trying to go by the:
'polish-aggressiveness' theme, that is.
I'd go with V36, if it were me.
Hope this helps...
