Well here is what I know, this is the message that I got.

Steve, saw a great article in High Performance Pontiac about your products
and methods. It had said to contact you for detailing in my area.
Can't find my area on your site, but need some PROFESSIONAL detailing done
on a few of our cars. I'm in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Please help.
