Cleaner for foam pads

Can I use Meg's multi cleaner to clean my foam polishing pads?
If so how much should I put in 5 gallon bucket?
How should I soak the pads ?

I sometimes use Dawn but it takes a lot to rinse the soap out

I just use Meg's APC and soak in a bucket for about 20mins then rinse with warm water

Ya, I use apc or xmt cleaner and what really works well is DAWN soap with some agitation in the sink. Its actually the best stuff because its so cheap. Doesn't have to be dawn by the way, dollar store soap works fine.
