Cleaning and Polishing American Racing Wheels

Hello, Just a quick question today. Hopefully someone can help. I have a set of 17" American racing wheels Chrome Steel. Would Meguairs all wheel cleaner be ok for these? or should i use the chrome cleaner? Also what polish would be best suited for these? Thanks!
 
Make sure you get a wheel cleaner that is safe for chrome. Some aren't. And a far as wheel polish. For an off the shelf polish I have come to really like Turtle Wax Chrome Polish an Rust Remover. That one had been the easiest to use and the one I've been most happy with that I have tried.
 
Depends how carried away you want to get on them or how severe the rims are? Also, depends if you want to get OTC products or other stronger detailer products?
 
Brill-o will clean them fast and completely. Will not scratch either
