Cleaning makeup off cloth seat

Can anyone offer any suggestions? The makeup is on the seat back next to the headrest.

I've got some Folex I could use but I've only used it on carpet

303 Fabric/Vinyl Cleaner.
The beauty of this product is it's an all purpose cleaner that can be diluted at many different rates. I beleive the directions talk of a 5:1 mix to clean the inside of oil tankers. Your use sounds like a 20:1 or general fabric I use 30:1.

I've never tried 303 fabric cleaner. I've got a gift card burning a hole in my pocket maybe I'll pick some up
