How does everyone clean rubber door seals? Whenever I go over them with a towel the towels just turn black.

All purpose cleaner, and a towel.

Rubber can often take several application to fully clean.

I'd start with an APC, might take a couple applications. If that didn't work, I'd ramp things up with degreaser, body prep solvent/IPA and lastly, trisodium phosphate if all else failed.

None of these suggestions are exceptionally good for rubber when used frequently or left to dwell for long periods. Take care with any option and test in an inconspicuous location.

A final option would be a pre-wax cleaner, which likely uses one of the aforementioned products. This can be much more tedious to apply, but result can be great.

It's going to turn black if they have no coating on the seals. I use a rubber cleaner, like Griots.

I use a towel and APC until no more black comes off, then I condition them.

1Z Vinyl-Rubber cleans, conditions and protects. UV protectants.

Thanks for the suggestions I was thing APC but wasn't 100% sure.

Just dirty I use PERL 3:1 on a soaked micro fiber corner, cleans and dresses. If there greasy APC then PERL.

Well this is timely, I've got an entire camaro that needs a good once over on all it's seals. Anyone recommend a conventional method to revitalizing seals?
