cleaning those black plastic grills on trucks

i was wondering what to use to clean and protect those black plastic grills on trucks, like chevys and fords. while i am at it what should i use to do the same thing on car grills. in other words what can i do to avoid cleaning all of those tiny slots in truck grills by hand! lol

blow them out with a leaf blower. Someone recently offered that Plexus makes a great spray for grills and keeps them looking new.
