Got really weird consistency wise, is this normal?? it seems to maybe have seperated somehow, do i need to just shake it up? has anyone else experienced this??

I am guessing you have 845IW..if so, yes it is VERY THICK..but can be thinned to a surprisingly thin consistency.

I left mine in the hot car for an hour and this happened, I have also done it by shaking vigorously. More than likely when you take the cap off there will be a pretty good slug of thick wax. Push that in and start shaking until it is like a melted milk shake.

FYI - the 845IW that I thinned by heating it up didn't returned to a normal (thick) consistency..Although, I did use it within several weeks
 
Well... are you talking about No. 845? If so, yes.... shake it up. It should be smooth, poor freely, but not like water.
 
Of course you shake it. How many products do you have that you don't shake?
 
Oh great - now I got that stupid "shake it up" song by the Cars stuck in my head!
 
I found that Collinite 845 is easier to use if you warm it up first. I have mine in a small dispenser bottle. I fill a sink with hot water and place the bottle in for about 10 to 15 minutes begfore using... no flow problems at all!
