OK, time for me to enter the ring and put myself at the mercy of the group.

Here is my plan for today:

1. Strip anything on paint surface.

2. Klasse SG

3. WGPS

4. Poorboys EX-P

5. Carnauba if needed.

Is this too much or bad bonding combo? Maybe just WGPS and Poorboys EX-P topped with Carnauba?
 
Well I am not 100% sure on the bonding of WGPS over KSG, but I would suggest to just pick one. And in that case, it would be the wolfgang. EX-P is also a sealant. I am guessing you want maximum durability, that is why you picked three sealants, but if they don't bond correctly to the surface, durability is sacrificed. If I were to do this, I would Wash, clay, polish, AIO or IPA wipe, WGPS, Souveran. If you have it. If this car doesn't need polishing, just skip that step obviously. Let us know how it works out.
 
do you really need three paint sealants ??? I would use the Klasse SG and then one of the other three and call it a day.
 
I was reading the description by Max on the WGPS. He topped it with Poorboy's EX-P for extra shine, then nuba. I'll get a pic of the results. Has anyone else tried this?

The car doesn't need polishing at this point as it is new and all I've put on it thus far is QD after washing. I will polish later in the fall I'm sure.
 
My thought on the 3 sealants to get the best characteristic of each. Klasse SG should be a little more reflective than WGPS, WGPS is protective, and EX-P can be layered for more gloss.

This is only conceptual, I have no experience with this yet.

But all 3 have quite different durability so not sure how that would work out. WG sealent from what others have said on here and other forums doesn't last like EX-P or others. And SG is more durable then EX-P. I've gone since April with two coats of EX-P and two Coats of Natty's Blue and just getting ready to strip and start again, I was impressed by EX-P and NB for South Florida weather.

I'm with Scott, I would just do two coats of one of them, and then maybe top with a nuba if you want. EX-P is very nice and reflective (looks great on lights like my white suv), WG has a warm/nuba type look to it.

I think as long as he's aware that he would be applying all sealants, and he's up to the experiement, I say let him experiment. The worst thing that could happen is that the sealants muddle the effects of the other ones and in which case he'll learn from the experience, and the best thing that could happen is that he comes up with a kick @ss looking car! If you want to play then play! Just have fun doing it and post your results for the rest of us. :) Just my humble 2 cents.

Thanks all,

I know they are all sealants and what can happen. Does anyone else have experience layering sealants?

I'm still debating this. I hate for one to remove the other and waste my time.
 
I'd stick with one sealant and layer it to swerve any bonding issues, then top with a good carnauba.
