Cordless polishers

My Rupes 15 mark2 stopped spinning for the 2nd time in less then a year I always fall back on my Flex 3401. Rupes just vibrates on a flat panel like the trunk lid with just the weight of the machine I'm feed up with it. I was wondering if Flex will be coming out with a cordless 3401. I know they already have an orbital and rotary. Thanks for any info. Keep them shinning.

They mentioned one was to follow suite after the cordless pe14 and xfe7-15.. But who knows.
I'd rather see a cordless version on the XCE but with the rumored 6mm instead of the 8

If you had a cord to tether to a backpack or belt doesn’t that defeat the whole “cordless” thing? Be better off just plugging it into the wall at that point and not dealing with wearing the battery
