Correction light info

I'm looking to purchase a light that will help with correction.

Not sure if I should go with a head lamp, flashlight, or spot light.


My work space is very very well lit. I have 14 florescent fixtures mounted on angles. I have provided pictures. But we all know that's not good enough for correction!

So I'd like to start a discussion on the 3 choices and get some feedback. I'm sure eventually I will have all three and then some! But not sure which I want to start with.

I don't know how you guys south of the equator get anything done working upside down:laughing:. Honestly though I would start wit the flashlight. It seems to work well and it's cheap and portable.

The Rupes light is very nice if you're willing to drop the cash on it. I got a Streamlight Stylus Pro for 20 dollars that works well for me. I like having a portable LED work light on a stand that I can use to illuminate the entire panel I'm working on. They're awesome for side/vertical panels and won't heat up the paint.

I was thinking a portable on stand would be the best first purchase. And upgrade to the headlamp or flashlight.
