No problem. Fluorescent lights in the 5000°K spectrum work well for area/ambient light and are cheaper than LEDs. However, LED floods are great for both area lighting and spotlighting. Mercury vapor, metal/sulfur halide (street/warehouse lighting) are gonna put out more accurate color appearance/light spectrum however they are overkill for the average garage ceiling height, and require more expensive ballast/fixtures. Halogen and Xenon are the next best choice to cover the accurate light temperature/color/appearance and have enough lumens to work under, but cost more to power and are very warm to work near. That said, obtain one of each type of light stated and you can see what works best for your average work area/conditions. Never hurts to have ample/extra light sources. Plus, certain lights/spectrums work best with certain paint colours to show defects and surface clarity. Have fun, and don't forget your shades looking at all these lights. B•)
