Anyone else use cotton chenille wash mitts when doing a rinseless wash? They have worked very well for me going clear back to the days of QEW. I should add that I always get the really bad stuff off my truck before doing a rinseless wash. During the summer I do a quick hose rinse. If I have heavy mud on the truck, I use regular car shampoo usually applied with a long ago discontinued Meguiar's brush before doing a thorough rinseless wash. (Hey, it works for me…no marring yet.) In the winter months, I use a coin-op and then head home to finish the job in my garage. Back to my original question….I rarely see anyone suggesting cotton chenille mitts and was wondering why.
