CQUK before Clear Bra?

I'm doing the initial detail, correction, and seal on my 2015 M3 this weekend. I have an appointment in 2 weeks to have Xpel Ultimate installed on the front end. Can I apply CQUK to the areas of the car that will eventually be covered by the Xpel, or should I leave those areas un-sealed (or use something less "permanent" like BFWD or a spray wax)>
 
Coat the entire care after the clear bra is applied to the car!

Yeah, that would be ideal, but the timing isn't. After the clear bra is installed I'll be out of town for a month, and by then, the weather may or may not cooperate. I need to get the major correction/protection work done this weekend so I can drive it without worrying too much.
 
To clarify, I'm mostly concerned about the Xpel Ultimate not adhering to the paint properly with CQUK applied to it. As long as the coating won't affect the Xpel installation, I'll go ahead and do it.
 
The coating will cause premature failure and lifting if you coatings car then clear bra the car.
 
Xpel wants nothing between it and the paint, search their faq's....
 
Best approach to this is check with your X-Pel installer for guidance.
 
Right from the site:

"Will Opticoat or cQuartz hurt the film?"

Sealants such as Opticoat and cQuartz will not hurt the film or interfere with our Ultimate paint protection film's self healing properties.

"Can/should Opticoat or cQuartz be applied to the car before the film is installed?"

We do NOT recommend applying sealants such as Opticoat or cQuartz to the parts of the car that will be covered with film. The low surface energy of paint sealant products such as these will cause adhesion problems both during installation and over the life of the product. In addition, it is worth noting that there is really no benefit to applying sealant to the paint before the film anyway, since the film will provide far more environmental protection to the paint than a sealant ever could.

I work closely with a PPF installer we polish, clearbra, and coat cars all the time
