Cracked bottles??

Recently I have been seeing alot of cracked bottles. I know AG always takes care of this( Nick for CEO!!!), and don't know if this UPS playing catch with boxes or what...

Couple of weeks ago I got a cracked BF pad cleaner
and this week a cracked BF apc bottle.

Whats weird is both the bottles that were cracked is behind the stickers, and I know those peanuts are annoying, but they are safe. It makes me think were these bottles cracked before they left AG?
 
I had a new bottle of Blackfire Interior Cleaner that was cracked and the entire contents leaked down over 3 shelves. I had to toss packets of Leather Master dashboard cleaner and protection cream, some applicators, a couple plastic bags, plus remove every bottle to clean them and the shelves. The difference though is that I picked mine up at Detail Fest so the bottle wasn't damaged during shipping to my house.

Exactly my point Richard mine are cracked behind the label too, and by the looks of it didnt happen in transit.
My newest one was the BF APC, I saw some leakage in the box on Friday but the bottle looked fine, today I went in my closest and it leaked everywhere. Yea about 3 shelf for me too. The bottom shelf is my wife's stuff and she was F$*&ing pissed.

The other bottle was BF pad cleaner that leaked in the laundry room.
 
Hmmm, all the products mentioned here so far are from the BF line - didn't they recently change the bottles for the range? I wonder if it's a production defect for these bottles.
 
I had an Optimum power clean bottle crack behind the label. I suspect it was due to temperature changes.
 
We've had a couple instances of the BLACKFIRE 20 oz. bottles cracking due to a manufacturing defect. We've weeded out the bad bottles but as noted in this thread, there are still a couple floating around.

If you received a bottle that has cracked, send me an email with your order number and I'll replace it.

I say we blame Todd for this :)...JK. thanks for the replacement.
 
I think that's just the nature of the beast. UPS and the other shipping companies included. These products get handled so many times, and these companies are working under such a severe time restriction, that damage is sometimes inevitable....sometimes to the point of pure recklessness.

Get in touch with AG. They might be able to work something out. I dunno about UPS or FedEx, though. Too big and impersonal.
