Craigslist charging (215 & 610 area codes)

so yesterday I decide since the weekend in PHILADELPHIA is forecast as nice I would run a SPECIAL and post it to CRAIGSLIST, So after I upload photos and hit NEXT I see a (FEE) that SAYS $5.00
debating to push PUBLISH, but instead hit back, then next again and see bill (FEE) again.
Was confused did not know that CRAIGSLIST was now charging $3.00 to $5.00 to post services, Then it dawned on me when I was searching postings for the last month under AUTOMOTIVE and keyed in search - car wash, hand car washing, detailing or auto detailing no or very few post showed.
So I guess because of FEES now people who DETAIL or HAND WASH vehicles are NOT POSTING VIA CRAIGSLIST.

Good to know, I never post on Craig's list but I always assumed everything was free.
