Any recommendations on a system to manage clients?, i use hubspot to capture requests. I am looking for a system to manage client transaction history, remind them every 3/6/12 months for their detailing appointment based on their preference. If there is anything that can do the email trigger....i would like to know if y'all use anything for it?

I looked at them, wasnt sure if they have the functionality i was looking at. I will try the free trial option. I am not full time either, i like to be organized and its worth spending 1K a year for piece of mind . Thank you!
