Up this weekend was a newer Honda CRV with a metallic brown paint which is how I can best describe it. Was in for full interior and exterior detail, no coating this time around. I was contacted from Autopia forums so thanks to them for getting me the work!

Here she was at drop off:
Car had some great swirls to knock down for this one step, which would test my patience!

Interior was going to be some scrubbing as well!

After gathering my tools, speedmaster, woolies, boars hair brush, wheel well brush and lug brush I started with a wheel wash and exterior wash. Wheels were cleaned with Sonax, tires Tuffshine and wells were hit with Zep Citrus. Temps Sunday were about 90 with similar humitdy so, needless to say, it was HOT. Here are the tires and wheels getting scrubbed up:

After all the wheels were cleaned I moved to a full wash with Megs Gold Class, iron/fallout was Americana Amerrid and finally speeyd prep medium grade wipe with ONR as lube. After that, into the garage to turn on the AC and get some work done!

So I ran my tape line and started testing.

I tried old Duragloss, white hybrid and Rupes but ended up with hazy paint so I swapped to Rupes yellow pad and Blackfire TPS and was happy:

With the temps being so high and crappy it tooks smaller sections and more time but all ended up well. I wiped the trim with PERL, tires were coated with Black Diamond.

Interior was wiped with Zep Citrus followed by DP Interior surface protectant. Carpet was sprayed with a mix of odo-ban and carpet extractor solution and water. Heavily soiled areas where scrubbed, all was vac'ed out. Floor mats were nice aftermarket liners. With the installation of my hot water faucet outside, cleaning them was breeze. Zep and a scrub brush along with water straight from the hot water tank made easy work! Everything turned out excellent!

Thanks, I am not sure what they do with it, I think it is his wives car. They have two dogs which might be some of the dirt. Nice people and glad to get their car back in great shape. Exterior was just polished and protected with Blackfire Total polish and seal, interior was cleaned with Zep and protected with DP interior surface protectant.
The haze and film was incredible. He said they have been to a few other detail shops to get work done and was never happy with the results, I am not sure if this vehicle visited one. There were some nice holograms on the hood so thank the dealer or someone that just rotaried it!

Great job on the detail! You definitely made it look a lot better. I can't believe how much swirls/hazing it has for a relatively new vehicle.

Great job! I did not know that BF TPS could give results like that. Next time it's on sale I might have to get some.
