Gallons have been out of stock for a long time. I am beginning to wonder if they are phasing out the remaining stock of the carnauba version for the ceramic and siO2. I really hope not as I think it is possibly the best QD spray I have ever used and would like to get another gallon.

What a shame. It’s the best QD I’ve ever used too. It’s absolutely amazing with Souveran!

They are out of a lot of their house brand products. I wonder if this is due to the move to Texas or are they cutting back on the house brands?

I noticed they are cutting back on a ton of the house brands. I think Wolfgang Uber Rinseless is being discontinued as well. If so it's a real shame as it was one of my favorite rinseless washes.

Uber Rinseless is a good one. I’ve been through bottles I think.
Let’s hope they are thinning down just to move then stick up again.

The Pinnacle Crystal Mist Detail Spray is not being discontinued. This is a very popular quick detailer, and we have plenty of 16oz. bottles available. We are currently backordered on the 128oz. size and should be back in stock within the next 2-3 weeks.

The Pinnacle Crystal Mist Detail Spray 128oz. will be back in stock within the next 2-3 weeks. We do have the 16oz. bottles available for purchase. We do apologize for the delays while moving warehouses.

The move caused a lot of backordered items. Items are coming back to stock each week. Please keep checking the Autogeek website for updates.

Thanks so much for the communication!
The low stock on a lot of items has us concerned, we appreciate the clarification.

We do apologize for the delays while moving warehouses.

A lot of forum members have been concerned about what this means; perhaps a brief explanation of what is going on at Autogeek would allay those concerns.

I think some of the concerns are how the change in shipping locations will affect delivery times, whether customers can expect the same level of customer service (is customer service being provided by the same people in the Florida location, or is it going to be new customer service people at the new warehouse?), will there still be training classes in Florida, why is the warehouse being moved (it was just moved less than 2 years ago), what is going to happen to the forum, etc.
