Looks like they are right on the 3rd baseline just past the dugout. Is that section 11?

Could be close to where Steve Bartman made his infamous catch!! Hope your daughter has a wonderful birthday. Cubbie games are always a blast. We go several times a year and sit very close to the seats you asked about.
