Anybody have any idea on how to repair curb damage to a rim? Is it better to have someone professionally do it? I know the rim is not bent or damaged, just an eye sore. HELP!

I certainly don't have the talent to do it myself. There's an outfit called Alloy Wheel Repair where I live that specializes in multiple types of wheel repair including polished and painted aluminum. I've seen some of their work and it's amazing what they can do. I'd do an internet search for wheel repair in your area.
Has anyone ever repaired the curb damage themselves? If so, what was your process? I have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra if that makes a difference? I see a lot of replies about outside sources fixing it, but I am pretty handy and can tackle many tasks, just need directions!
lol... did you see my above post and link?????
Why yes sir, I did. I was just looking for someone who did it personally. No offense to you my good man!
Was that post done by yourself?
I did not write that myself but I've used this method several times
