just got done using d151 on oxidation and water spot m205 took forever!!!!love m151 but for car show m205 polish is the way 2 go..

The M205 is primarily targeted for use in body shops for working on fresh paint.
D151 is primarily targeted at high production detailing and is not safe for fresh paint.

2 very different products for 2 very different markets.

Trying to compare them to one another is comparing apples to oranges.

M205 is the follow-up polish to M105 in a body shop situation. After sanding the paint and then compounding out the sanding marks, correctly used the M105 will get the finish to about 90 to 95% of the goal, following with the M205 will take the paint to the desired end result, at least for the body shop industry.

The D151 is for doing one-step correction, polishing and protection work so a detailer can restore a car's finish within a targeted price range and time range.
