da backing plate on a rotary

hello guys
i might buy a rotary polisher for some action with bad paints
but i have a question
now i have a pcxp and da backing plate
is there any way i can use the backing plate on the da for rotary - any adapter something

No, you can adapt a rotary backing plate to a DA but not the other way around. You'll have to buy a backing plate that works with the size pads that you intend to use with the rotary.

Plus, if you're going to do any kind of rotary buffer work you really want a GREAT backing plate, not a basic model.

I would strongly recommend getting a flexible backing plate for the size pads you want to use...
