DA portacable pads

Finishing with a DA after 4 uses of the pad (a diamond foam finishing pad) the pad leaves curly Q marks in the paint. Does anyone have this problem and know how to fix it?Thanks

Thats not good! I would look into quality foam pads such as Lake Country and work CLEAN. Change pads often, clean on the fly, etc.

Do you think the Lake Country pads are better then the Diamond pads like I'm using? Im new at this DA. I always used the rotary buffer but, I tried this and I really liked it. If the pads would last and not put marks in the paint. I cleaned this pad and it still does it. I may need to order some of the Lake Country pads.
