Wondered why my package did not arrive yesterday? Got back on UPS tracking this morning, and sadly UPS reported damage and returned it to AG. First for me, but things happen. Not a big deal. I E-mailed AG about the issue and gave them a heads up. I am sure they will re-send new items.
 
Oddly no. Just a bottle of the WET WAX and 3 Pluffel drying towels.
 
Hmmm. That’s strange it got damaged then. AG will surely make it right.
 
WOW. That was quick. Looks like a got a E-mail from Jason and items were re-shipped.
 
As always, AG is above the curve. THANK YOU for the quick action taken.

Had the same crappy UPS experience today.

A bottle of Griot's 3-1, and some BOSS pads. SMH
