Dark tint owners

How does everyone keep their windows clean for atleast more than 3 days? When I roll my front two down and leave them at the same spot for a while and roll them back up they get a dust line because of that black thing(forgot what's it called). Is their a way to clean the window thing so it won't leave marks on the inside of my windows? Sorry might sound a bit confusing
 
The felt lining will always have dust/dirt on it but you can take a damp MF towel and wipe it down every so often. Not rolling down the window is the only real way to stop or just ignore it. The is always the option of just QDing the windos each time you roll them up as well.

^^This. It's annoying, but I haven't found any solution to it yet.
 
Try having a convertible AND 5% tints... I SEE DUST EVERYWHERE.
 
Sad to say this is unavoidable :(

what I do when tinting to clean the gap is take a panel puller wrap it in a blue shop towel/MF window cleaner wet and stick it in there that does a nice job.. do that often helps a lot.
 
Best thing I do is once a week I clean my "black thing" with a qtip inside and out and dry it where it touches the glass with a mf towel and I keep my touch up bottle behind the seat because I have to clean the outside of the window atleast once a day so most times I just do it when I'm outside smoking.

Never thaught of keeping a bottle in my center console , going to have to start carrying one
 
When I roll the windows down i clean the felt with a damp MF. If it is a quick wash i will blow them out with an air hose.
