I see that most people like this brush, however there was a review where the person was having the bonded tip come off. Is this a problem with this brush. Is there a better brush out there to clean wheels?
Thanks for any info,

Why is this posted in the Introduce Yourself forum?

I've heard it too, but haven't had a problem with mine. I don't think you'll find a better brush. Of course, that's just my opinion.

on anything you buy these days, nothing is always going to be absolutely bullet-proof. in regards to this brush, the concensus/majority have had good results with it. go ahead, buy one... :props:

I think you'll be fine. I have one, used it sparingly thus far, but like it. If I were to critique it, I would ask that the stem be a little stiffer. It needs to be very flexible to follow wheels contours/crevices, but stiff enough to allow you to impart force against the wheel. It does that fine, but if it was a little stiffer, it might be that much better.

Others have commented on the tip. Seems typical of these would wire stems used in various products, even outside the detailing world. I have the same type stem that are used as saxophone cleaners, the tips are also susceptible to coming loose. So far, mine hasn't come loose. If it does, place it back on the brush, use adhesive or call AG.

Autogeek stands by there products very well. If you experience a problem, I am sure they would take care of you. You can feel confident in this purchase, based on my personal experience.

Of course, that's just my opinion....................I could be wrong! :)

See ya

I love my brush! It's the only thing I've found that gets inside the wheel without hurting my hand. It's very flexible, and I haven't had any problem with the tip despite countless uses. What it is NOT good for is scrubbing caked on grime. The bristles are rather soft, so you'll need a product to cut through anything that will require more than gentle agitation.
