is there any advise on talking to dealerships and tips on opening a new shop i have
a good rep and a awesome location but i would like more ideas on things that have worked for you guys:hungry::buffing:

If you are going to approach dealerships, don't expect them to be willing to pay much, and they will want them done as fast as possible.

Not to mention the lot porter riding around before he gets to you and by the time you get to the the middle of the process some overly anxious salesperson is dialing you up because he's got a live one in the showroom waiting. No thanks.
