decals on vehicle

I have a job coming up on a Dodge Magnum that has business signage decals on the doors and the hatch. Needs a light polishing. I'm guessing that taking a PC over the decals is not a good idea. Any thoughts on how to address this?

If the decals are vinyl and in good shape, you can run the PC over them. I wouldn't hit them with more that a light polish and a polishing pad though.

Correct. Have done it myself and works but really keep an eye on it and move the machine quicker than normal

:iagree:with everybody so far but if your concerned tape the edges with a 2"overlap into the sign.
