So I just purchased a 2012 Harley Davidson street glide and I'm just curious what you guys think of a safe dilution ratio for degreasing the bike would be. I have the poor boys apc currently on hand. A buddy told me purple power is really good as well. Just looking to get some opinions. Thanks in advance!

I have a 1996 HD Custom Sportster.

I have been using this since I bought it in 1995.

It's the only stuff I use for engine area etc.

S100 1 Liter Refill

Beautiful bike!! Extremely clean! The dealer was telling me to get the s100, but didn't know much about it and if it was a decent product. They also had pig spit I think it was; or hog spit not sure. But I wanted to get some opinions.

I second the s100! It's awesome stuff. I use it on my dual sport and it cleans it up nicely. Really don't even have to touch the bike. Spray on, let it dwell. Rinse off.

I would only buy approved degreaser from the cycle shop and read the instructions otherwise you will learn the hardway if something would go wrong .

Thanks, yours as well.

I have used S100 on everything except my tank and fenders since 1996 with no ill affects what so ever, it's definitely the way to go for cleaning a Harley or any bike for that matter.

That looks brand new! Sweet ride my friend:dblthumb2:

Cars are a cake walk to detail compared to all that chrome and all the nooks and crannies, washing is easy, drying, well that's another story. :surrender:
