Detail: 2012 Equinox

New car prep and Opti-coating. This car is a two owner car that was picked up on New Years by my best friend for his wife. He is actually my helper when I need and have been training him slowly but surely. It had a fair amount of swirls that were removed and unfortunately we didn't take pics of and then protected with Opti-Coat.


Exterior:

• ONR with a ton of CG MF's.
• Speedy Prep towel fine
• Wheels/barrels were hit with ONR.
• Wheel wells and rubber were hit with APC 5:1 & various brushes
• Tires dressed with Show Room FX White Pearl
• Wells treated with CG Bare Bones
• D300 Meguiars MF Cutting Disc
• CarPro Eraser
• Opti-Coat 2.0 for this one.

Interior:

• Meguiars QID
• Meguiars Leather cleaner/conditioner on all seats
• Vacuum, dry brush, vacuum

On to the pics of the afters.

D300 really polished up the light marring and swirling it had going on so this process didn't take very long at all. I want to say maybe 4-5 hours at the most.

BTW, got a phone call last night after it had been raining and she said that she ran to the store to get some stuff while it was raining. Pulled it back into the garage and you can't even tell that it rained at all.
