I had not had a chance to wash my truck for the last 4000 miles (Truck now has 30,000 miles on it)and had been eager to try the Menerna line that I had gotten from autogeek recently. I figured on Fathers day my wife shouldn't yell at me too much if I spent the entire morning detailing so I got up at 5:30 a.m. and got started.

Truck

Wheels First-
Duragloss 901
DP Gel Wheel Cleaner
Black schMITT
EZ Detail Auto Brush (wonderful)
DP Wheel Glaze
Pinnacle Black Onyx

Engine
DP Engine Degreaser
Maxima SC1 Clear Coat (the best for making engines and rubber looking new)

Paint

Pinnacle Foam Gun with DP Xtreme Foam
SchMITTs
Montana Original Boar’s Hair Wash Brush PLUS for hard to reach areas
Air compressor to remove trapped water
Zaino Clay with Pinnacle Clay lube
Cyclo with Edge Green pads
Menzerna Nano PO106
Menzerna Finishing Glaze PO115C
Pinnacle Souveran
Chemical Guys Petes '53 for bed cover (works great on fiberglass)
Adam's Glass cleaner
Adam's Buttery wax for interior door frames
Adam's In and out spray for black trim
Adam's Undercarriage spray
Lexol Leather Cleaner and Conditioner
Adam's Detail Spray
303 for Plastic

A washer full of microfiber towels

For the Harley I used almost all of the above but instead of the cyclo I used my Snap-on pneumatic micro polisher. Very nice for the small areas. :awesome:

Nice:righton:....have you driven the new 6.4 PS? Buddy has his new 6.7 Cummins Mega Cab, drives great, that engine and 6 speed auto is a sick combo.

Very Nice I hope your wife didn't yell at you on Father's day.

Very nice work on all of those !! Love the colors too!

She did yell... Thumb nail number 8 shows her walking up behind me giving me a hard time claiming that I take more pictures of my toys than I do the kids... The nerve! I guess I wil try the Menzerna nano polish on the youngest and post pictures!

Women  I think next year we should all detail our kids for Father's Day.

Awesome detail! My wife actually is used me to and the way I am about our cars. She doesn't mind when she gets compliments at work though! She just got one the other day. There is this other guy who is really anal about his Durango and he always keeps it spotless. They all went out to lunch the other day and one of her co-workers said to my wife that her car always looks so clean and TRULY black. The guy with the Durange made a comment about his own black Durange and the girls said "Well, your car just looks more gray then black compared to Cindy's!" She came home GLOWING...

It is an 06 F250 Lariet 4x4 CrewCab LB, SCT by Innovative, Fumoto Oil Drain, Amsoil oil Bypass, Gaylord X2000 bed cover, Banks Ram Air, Banks High Ram, Banks Turbo Back Exhaust, DR 2.5" leveling kit, DR Dual Stablizer, Mag-Hytec front/rear diff and tranny cover and 35" BFG KO's. It is by far the best vehicle I have ever owned. Thank you everyone for the postive comments!
