Detailing Contract with Fleet

Hello all,

Does anyone currently or formally used a written contract with a dealer or an agreement to do a fleet of vehicles? If so, what wording did you use or where did you get the format? I'm just thinking of possible issues I may come across when looking for fleet work. Thanks.
