Difference between Megs products????

What is the difference between Megs D300, Megs Ultimate Compound, and M105? I've been doing some reading, but I'm more confused than ever. Can someone explain the difference? And which should I be using.

M105 Compound and Ultimate Compound.

Basic explanation:

D300 was designed to work with the Meguiar's Microfiber Cutting Pads (DAMC). It also works well with foam cutting pads.

M105 is a heavy cutting compound.

Ultimate Compound is kind of the Consumer version of M105. It has a bit less cut, less dust and longer working times.
