DIY Pressure Washer shelf unit/wall unit.

About to attempt to build my own wall unit for the garage.
Look over this and critique it :-)

What would you add?

It may not make sense.

I have an area of wall that has plenty of height but about 21.5 inches of free space in width between garage door frame and master blaster with 20 amp breaker picture #4. I've already relocated the hose to the other side.

Planning to add a plywood backing wall 5 ft tall by 21.5" to support the shelves and have the ability to add more stuff to it it later. It will he very securely mounted to the studs etc yo support the weight of 45 pound pressure washer hose reel. Heavy hose etc. Plan to sand it all and stain it gray when done.

Anyway.
Simple shelf for pressure washer with triangle braces.
Reel wall mounted below.

The question is the 2nd lower shelf. I plan to make a separate duplicate shelf below.
Two notches in from each end like the clamp rack shown to hang 2 foam cannons.
A row of 2 of holes drilled out to hold all of my extra pressure washing tips.
Maybe a slot/shelf for pressure washing guns?
Maybe a spot for my angled pressure washer wand?

Thanks for your time and any feedback.

Love it. I do quite a bit of woodworking, and for using just plywood, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have done it much differently.

Good job!

That's great, gotta make things much easier.

What hose reel is that? Happy with it?

Cox reel from Amazon about $143. Same one obsessed garage recommends and sells

It is awesome. Very very sturdy!

I'd say it's easily 5x better than the General one I started with.

I also have 90 degree connectors for the hoses ordered that I have to add as well

Do you know what model number the hose reel is? I can't find anything by Cox Reels for under $200 except garden hose reels.

This is freaking awesome man. I’m doing this one day. Need to get an electric pressure washer now and ditch the gas powered lol.

I added a permanent leader hose (1st 2 from Home Depot both leaked) so I ordered a nice one from Amazon. Also added a coat of Thompsons Waterseal as well

How well does this system foam being electric??

How long and do you have a link to the hose you are using??

Do you have the machine attached to the shelf so it doesn't vibrate off?

I'll be picking up one of these next week along with the MTM foam canon and SG28. Can't wait to try it all.
