DIY tire shine/dressing...does it exist??

Well.....yeah theirs a DIY tire shine though it's consider unorthodox(no violation) by most of us though before tire shine was invented back in the day some would place MOP & GLO, Johnson Floor Polish or something equivalent to that nature on to the tire it was basically the first underground water based dressing
