Do I Dump Used Soapy Water

I'm new, so forgive me. I see the buckets for sale on the site have lids and after watching videos, I see a lid placed on the soapy water bucket. After washing, is soapy water saved or do you guys dump it out and start fresh? I'm presuming fresh water, but I thought I'd ask. Thanks

your municipality's: Waste Water Treatment Center(s).

I dump it in the dirt cause one of the restrictions on my business license is not water down the storm drain.
