Dodo Juice Supernatural Wax vs. Zymol Concours Wax

OK 1st off I have no pics! I have been working all night and finally am going to go to bed and then start at 5am to finish the rest. So sorry in advance with no pics.

What I CAN tell you that IMO Dodo Juice Supernatural Wax (DSN) is BETTER than Zymol Concours Wax (ZCW). About 3 weeks ago I stripped the car and used Pinnacle Surface cleanser to start clean. Instead of my usual paint sealant and than wax I just tried the ZCW. I put on 2 coats.

ZCW is a WOWO wax and goes on and off slight easier than DSN. What shocked me the most was the beading and sheeting. The beads were not uniform and there was some small puddling, no actual beading. The sheeting took a little time to come off the hood, which was surprising. DSN had superior beading and when I would douse the hood with water; the water just flew off. The beading was very uniform and absolutely no puddling.

I am starting ALL over again and I am going to put BACK Dodo Juice Supernatural Wax.

I will do that tomorrow morning....early...right now shower and good night.

This is an FYI for anyone that wants to know about products that AGO does not sell. SO FAR: AGO 1point Zymol 0. Stick with AGO!! PS: ZCW is $175 per 8 ounce jar DSN is $129 for a 200 ML Jar. DSN is a far better choice in price and performance!!

That's interesting. I have the Zymöl Glasur and it beads like crazy). Maybe it's a drastically different formula for the Concourse.

Maybe it was me I do not know. This is my 1st Zymol use. Do not get me wrong I think it is an excellent product. I will use it for all my friends cars. But compared to DSN it was not as good.

But you are correct I used a different wax that Zymol carries. Additionally, I did not lay a coat of sealant 1st I just went with wax. I think that should not have made a difference.

But again, this is my opinion compared to Dodo Juice Supernaural.
 
I just bought Supernatural in a panel pot to try out. Curious to see how it compares to Midnight Sun.
