From my experience, no.
The water behavior of a coating seems to be more related to the chemistry of the coating and how well it beads/sheets water than the feel of the surface. Some of the slickest LSP's I've used were actually sealants, but they weren't in the same league as a coating when it came to staying clean, whether that was how easily dust/pollen blew off the surface or rinsed away in the rain.
With Mohs EVO, Pure EVO, and CQ UK 3.0, I've not noticed any of them being any slicker than the other, especially a few months after the application. Feel is a pretty low priority to me, and none of them stand out as having much of a difference in feel. From a "staying clean" perspective, all three were pretty close with Mohs EVO only having a slight edge with water behavior. Any would work well.
