The more water the less cleaning ability, but not every APC at say 4:1 performs the same. You need to follow the manufacturer's or other detailer's recommendations.

I'm confused. If I have a 10:1 ratio to hit on a 64 oz. solution then we should be mixing 10 parts of one mixture (say water) vs. 1 part of a second mixture (say ONR). So that would be 6.4 oz. of ONR added to the 64 oz. of water. That would yield 70.4 oz. of the solution, not 64 oz. Any less water and the concentration is actually higher than 10:1. I'm over-analyzing for sure.
