Scratching my head on this one

I just picked up this detail this weekend as my interior trim is not really a high touch surface. There is a sort of roughness going in
All the clear coat on my CF interior trim if not the -clear plastic- of the center console has this sort of Grain-ni-ness --- toothless to it.

A few things has occurred in auto care regimine over the last 6 months. Around mid-winter it has spent a few weeks at the collision shop. I'm pretty sure the interior was not detailed.
Then about 2 months later, it went to the detailer for PPF work.
I'm pretty sure the detailer also did not do any interior.

The interior get's primarily a wipedown with cockpit or InnerQD.
I don't really touch the surface but just happened to this weekend and noticed it was a bit rough.
Subsequently started checking all other similar surfaces and it's same. It has a bit of toothy-ness to it.

What would you use next. Time to break out the High PH wipe. If that doesn't change it, Plast X.
It would be over-kill if I ended up need to do something like PlastX on all of it
Then observe I suppose
